It's that time of the year again and I'm honestly spending so much time in the garden and on the allotment that I don't get much time to post recipes ( a few in the pipeline ) , it's been very wet here in Wales and then very dry! I'm ahead of myself on the allotment I think, still got loads of stuff to go in but really growing stuff that we eat a lot of now ... loads of onions and garlic!
Anyway, this is where we are at the end of April, lots of photos of progress and harvest ( hopefully ) as we go along this year
