Polenta recipe for the brave

It's not difficult and here it is

Serves 4
750mls boiling salted water
200g Quick cook Polenta
30g butter
75g Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Boil water in a large pan, add Polenta stirring all the time, cook gently for 5-8 minutes
Add butter and cheese, salt and pepper
Throw in the bin.
