Tomato Sauce

I made this super quick sauce to accompany tonights meatloaf.

1 Large onion chopped finely
1 Tube Tomato paste
2 400g tins tomatoes
Half a tspn dried oregano
Half a tspn dried tarragon
Splash olive oil
Salt and pepper

Fry onion gently in the olive oil until soft
Add everything else and bubble gently for about 20 minutes.
Liquidize... lovely....done
